- alle möglichen Oberarm-, Bizeps- und Schultergeräte

20 min Elypsentrainer

Und dann je 3 Sätze a 15 Wiederholungen:
- Beinpresse
- Wadenpresse
- Torsotrainer (Bauch)
- obere Bauchmaschiene
- untere Bauchmaschiene
- Adduktor
- Abduktor
- Oberschenkel vorne
- Oberschenkel hinten
